In Home & Community Support: Avid Care offers In Home & Community Supports to participants. We provide services in accordance with our client’s individual support plans (ISPs) and always make sure the needs of our clients are met. We provide this service in the participant’s home or in the community which also includes transportation. Avid Care strives to fulfill the needs of our clients in the areas of self-care, communication, fine and gross motor skills, mobility, therapeutic activities, personal adjustment, relationship development, socialization, and use of community resources.
Companion Services: Avid Care offers companion services in a private residence by staff trained according to ODP’s guidelines, principals and values. This service ensures the health and safety when habilitative services are not appropriate or feasible. Our staff offers supervision as well as support with daily living activities as needed.
